June 15, 2022 is Chipolbrok’s 71-year old birthday. Today, MV “YONG XING”, the 4^th 62000 DWT vessel, the largest multi-purposed heavy lift vessel in the world is named and handed over. What’s more, Chipol International Logistics (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd intelligent warehousing automated warehouse is opened.

At 9am, online naming handover ceremony of MV “YONG XING” was held in Shanghai and Jiangyin. Ship owner, shipyard authority and relevant parties gathered online to sign handover documents. Zhu Dezhang, General Manager of CHIPOLBROK, and representatives from other parties delivered speech and expressed best wished to MV “YONG XING”. Godmother, Jin Liyu named the new vessel.

MV “YONG XING” is the last 62,000 DWT new building multi-purposed heavy lift vessel handover to CHIPOLBROK. Previously, MV “TAI XING”, MV “HERBERT” and MV “PILECKI” were put into service in succession in December 2021, February 2022 and April 2022.

CHIPOLBROK and shipyard authority coordinated closely to overcome various challenges caused by epidemic prevention, and successfully completed construction five and a half months ahead of schedule. With the handover of MV “YONG XING”, CHIPOLBROK possessed a fleet of 31 vessels, with 1.09 million DWT, top-ranking in the field of multi-purposed heavy lift vessels in the world. Later this month, MV “YONG XING” will begin its maiden voyage and load wind power project in Kuantan, Malaysia.

After the handover ceremony of MV “YONG XING”, the opening ceremony of Chipolbrok International Logistics (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd intelligent warehousing automated warehouse continuously came off online. In accordance with the development strategy of “one body with two wings”, CHIPOLBROK seized the new opportunities of regional integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta, and deeply cooperated with Ningbo COSCO Shipping. Both parties contribute to construction of a comprehensive logistics platform.

Chipol International Logistics (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. is located at 1411 Binhai Avenue, Jiaxing Port District, Zhejiang Province. The project covers an area of 59.55 acres, with a fully automated three-dimensional shelf warehouse and a double-layer general logistics warehouse. The warehouse has a storage area of 7000 square meters and a height of 25 meters, equipped with 13 layers of quality conveying lines and shelves and 10 high-performance stackers, which can meet the storage requirements of 15,600 storage locations. The storage area of general warehouse is 17,000 square meters. Warehouse management adopts Jingdong warehouse management system (WMS) and warehouse control system (WCS) to provide efficient and accurate inventory management.
