MV “Taixing” is the 1st heavy lift multi-purposed 62,000 DWT vessel in CHIPOLBROK, and also the largest DWT multi-purpose heavy lift vessel in the world. MV “Taixing” has been put into service on 6th December, 2021. There will be 4 new building heavy lift multi-purposed 62,000 DWT vessels in CHIPOLBROK, with three of them having been put into service, and the 4th vessel will be built and delivered in first half of 2022.
Introduction of the Vessel
The vessel is equipped with an LOA of 199.9m, a breadth of 32.26m, a depth of 19.3m, a full draft of 11.3m, service speed of 14.4 knots, and deadweight of 62,000. 62,000 DWT type vessels are equipped with 4 deck cranes, with combined capacity of 300 tons, which can meet requirements of all kinds of heavy lift cargo, container, pulp and all kinds of solid bulk cargo. It should be highly valued that the EEDI index meets Phase3, emission of NOx meets requirement of TierⅢ, and emission of SOx meets the newest standard. “PILECKI” is not only in its low-carbon emission, but also has advanced design and excellent suitability, contributing to better service for clients. | |||||||
